Around September-October last year I started dieting and doing exercise regularly, when I started waist measure was 93 centimeters.
By December I have gone down to 89 waist measure. That was good. But December is Xmas, new year, and all the parties, so naturally I went up a little.
But no problem January I went back to it, and by march, my waist measure was 88 centimeters.
Then came the Easter holidays in April and went on trip, ate a lot, also walked a lot, so immediately didn't see gain.
Problem was on returning I felt tired to go back to gym, so I started skipping days, and suddenly stopped going. So May I went very few days.
Then came June, and still was not going, but also started eating more. And so by end of June I have gone fat again. Waist measure was 95 centimeters.
July I put myself into going back, and so far for all July and august I have been constant in going to gym, so far waist is down to 92 centimeters.

So goals.

First stop is Halloween, i need to make the waist o down to 88 centimeters, if I want to use costume A. 4 centimeters in 2 months, looks possible considering I have already gone down to that measure, and lost 3 centimeters in the last 2 months.

Next step would be to go down to 85 centimeters, hopefully by end of year.

The ultimate goal, would be to go down to 80 centimeters, but anything under 85 would be great.

Por septiembre-octubre del ano pasado fue que empece con lo de hacer ejercicio constante, incluso con dieta. En ese momento media de cintura 93 centimetros.
Para diciembre ya habia bajado de medida a 89, era bueno. Pero diciembre pues es la epoca de Navidad, fiestas, cenas, ai que ocurio que aumente un poco.
Pero no fue mayor problema, pues en enero inmediatamente al gym de regreso y ya para marzo ya iba en 88 centimetros de nuevo.
Llegaron las vacaciones de semana santa en abril me fui de paseo y comi muchisimo, pero tambien camine mucho con lo que al parecer no habia aumento, al menos no de inmediato.
El problema fue que al regreso con el cansancio no me daban ganas de ir al gym , asi que empece a saltarme dias, hasta que finalmente deje de ir. Mayo si fui 5 dias fueron muchos.
Luego junio seguia sin ir, y aparte comia ya mas, Asi que para finales de Junio, ya tenia barriga de nuevo, La medida de cintura a 95 centimetros, horror.
Asi que iniciando Julio a iniciar de nuevo, y pues julio y agosto he ido a hacer ejercicio de fomr aconstante (4 dias por semana minimo) y ya baje la cintura a 92 centimetros.

Las metas.

EL primer punto es para Halloween, necesito bajar la cintura a 88 centimetros si quiero llevar el disfraz A. 4 centimetros en 2 meses, parece posible, considerando que en estos 2 baje 3, y que ya he bajado a medir eso anteriormente.

El proximo paso seria llegar a 85 centimetros, con suerte para fin de ano.

El punto final, seria llegar a 80 centimetros, aunque realmente cualquier cosa debajo de 85 seria genial
